Change of mind

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.
• Personalised items cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
